Achilles St. Patty's Day 5K Run/Walk

Hello reading faithful...

On March 11th, I am going to be participating in the Achilles Track Club's St. Patrick's Day 5K Run/Walk. The Achilles Track Club is a small Toronto organization that helps to encourage active lifestyles for those living with disabilities. Every year they hold an annual run to raise money for the disability community and this year I will be captaining the Easter Seals Canada Team.

If you would like to register to run with us on March 11th, take a look at the following link

Easter Seals Achilles St. Patty's Run Team

On this page you can also make a direct donation to our Team. Our goal is $5000 and we are well on our way. Please help us support this great organization, and raise money to help kids of all abilities succeed. Money raised for the Easter Seals Achilles St. Patty's Day 5 K run goes to Easter Seals Canada programs helping kids with disabilities.

Thankyou,

Allo: Can you hear me? Yeah Its Internet Phone. What? Sorry What?

I think I am actually the worst person to be friends with ever. For no other reason than partial poverty and a general disinterest in making a change I went for roughly four months without a phone.

That's right, no means of contacting me other than my persistent insistence that people email me and then ill get back to them via free Vonage like Voip services across the Internet. It was the growth extension of what was once simply the pager. Formally reserved for drug dealers and cutting edge stock traders, I evolved the pager to incorporate multiple medias.

As much as I tried to pretend that I was still in touch with people, it became a sham. I simply was not reachable to anyone outside of the four person Gmail circle that leaves their gchat on all day, and the girlfriend whose attention i could not let waver in fear of loss. No no hunny, this voip thing is great, sure the free call trial period is over and i have to redial after five minute disconnect periods, but were in love so whatever. shessh, i must be good in bed! Probably also a fathomed reality, but I'm on a roll so whatever.

Alas, my flirtation with being a digital vagabond could not last forever, for I once again have a cell phone. How a subsidiary of Rogers took me back, Ill never know, but hello world, I am in your network, let the dollars dial out the door once more.
