The points I made at the dinner table last night!

I will vote NDP this year, and it has been decided for some time. There are a plethora of reasons for one to choose the little party that could based on platform ideals alone. Environmental, social, patriotical, mustachical but to those ideas I will leave to other public forums with more particular and purpose driven voices.

Above platforms there are two fundamental reasons I will vote orange in this coming election. Firstly, for no other reason than I believe that democracy need not be a battle of marginal polars. The Canadian Mosaic prooves that we need not fit the global mold and admit that all decisions on a political level need to made in between two parties. Let us be unique, let us be forward thinking, let us be open minded to change.

Why must our system of governance be wrapped up into blue's and red's? For no other more important reason than I believe democratic government can be more than two voices I choose to give my vote to the quintessential substance which prooves we still live in a vocal public sphere.

For the particulars in all of you, the second reason be for the marginal differences that lie between the liberals and conservatives. Tax talk is a hot topic for the two parties, where in actuality the difference between their approaches for all Canadians are minimal for all levels of canadians.

Do NOT vote conservative and please do NOT ignore the backbone of conservative politics that has managed to avoid the media limelight during this election. I really hope that voters realize the ethical and fundamental wrongs with the conservative ideology and do not vote solely on the day to day impact that a conservative government will provide the checkbooks of the nation.

And if not NDP, vote liberal. Who gives a shit about scandal. Lie to yourselves and say that scandal does not exist in all forms of business. From art to education someone is cheating someone else, its the basis for success, and so what if a few franco-canadian consultants got a few backhanded millions, it beats aligning ourselves with backward thinking neocon loving robot looking harperbots.
